Tim and his associate were super nice and very helpful. I called a 5 other companies who were not able to help or lets say didn't want to help. Tim was quick to come out the next morning and repair the issue rather quickly and was real easy to work with and they did a great job. Will forever come to them in the future for any issues.

Came home after a 9 day trip to visit family, to a busted pipe in the well-house and a small flood. Called NYD at 730pm and was given a quote for the service charge as well as a high end quote if it needed to be replaced. They said they would be out at 930am the next morning. and much to my surprise, pleasently of course, they were here around 845am. The pipe was fixed, and we were left with some very good information about our well. (We've moved from the city to country two years ago and have never dealt with a well until then.) 10/10 recommend for your well repair needs. The customer service and professionalism is above and beyond.

Well watchers was great. Our well pump went out on a Saturday and Tim was there on Tuesday to get us back up and running. He was very straight forward with the pricing and what needed to be done. The install was very quick and we were up and running in no time.

Well Watchers are amazing! Our well bladder was to small for our property size and would burst 3 times a year. Our regular plumber told us there was nothing he could do and that we just had to replace the bladder when ever this occurred. We dealt with this problem for 3 years until we found Well Watchers. Tim at Well Watchers was confident it could be remedied with a larger well bladder. He gave us a number of options to choose from, and was clear in communicating the differences with each option he presented. In less than a couple of hours the new bladder was installed, a problem the nightmare we had been suffering over several years was gone. Can't express how grateful I am to Well Watchers. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Our well stopped working sometime in the middle of the night on Fri/Sat and the folks we’ve had service it in the past don’t work weekends. Found Well Watchers with Google. Tim (owner) said he’d “try to come today (Saturday) but it would probably be Sunday am”. He texted me back and said he’d make it Saturday afternoon after all. He and his wife showed up and took care of the repair. Additionally, he explained what is needed to preserve the life of the equipment (I didn’t know any well maintenance lol). Everything works great. Warrantee on all parts. I really can’t say enough kind things about this family run, small business. Great people. Great experience.

They came out on Christmas Day to my neighbors well. Pricing seemed reasonable for a holiday weekend. Neighbor was pleased with response time, workmanship and attitude. Obviously a very customer oriented company. Will be my well company in the future.
